Doug Cloud is an Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Composition in the Department of English at Colorado State University. He earned his MA and PhD in rhetoric from Carnegie Mellon University. He teaches courses in rhetorical theory, style, public writing, argument, and research methods. His scholarship focuses on the connections between social change and identity in several areas, including LGBTQ rhetorics, atheism and environmental discourse.
