Luke A. Boso is currently a Visiting Professor at the USF School of Law, where he teaches courses in constitutional law, criminal law, educational law, and remedies. He is also a former law teaching fellow with the Charles R. Williams Institute on Sexual Orientation Law and Public Policy at the UCLA School of Law; he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Phillip D. Gaujot of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia; and he worked for a year as a staff attorney at a boutique civil rights firm in Los Angeles, litigating issues of police misconduct and brutality. His publications have appeared in the Tennessee Law Review, University of Hawaii Law Review, and UCLA Law Review, among others.
