Michael Boucai teaches Criminal Law, Family Law, and related courses at SUNY Buffalo Law School. His scholarship focuses on the legal, political, moral, and social norms that regulate sexuality, reproduction, and various forms of intimate association. A graduate of Yale (B.A., history), Georgetown (J.D.), and Cambridge (M.Phil, history), Professor Boucai clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Barkett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and served as the Sears Law Teaching Fellow in the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law.
