Regina Ford, Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA
Regina Ford has always had a passion for advocacy. In 2010, she began working at the Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA as a certified peer specialist supporting people in recovery in strengthening skills for community inclusion. Since that time, Regina has presented workshops on peer support, advocacy and health literacy. Currently, as Advocate and Project Manager of the Successful Aging Taskforce, Regina develops and implements strategies for effective community engagement. Regina received her BA in Strategic Communication from Temple University and is a member of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s 2016 Addressing Health Disparities and Leadership program.
